1. Refund and Returns Policy
At Satluj Store, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, contact us at satlujstore@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Non-returnable items
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:
- Items purchased during sale or clearance.
- Customized or printed-on-demand products.
- Accessories such as caps or tote bags (for hygiene reasons).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or design, please contact us. We’ll guide you through available options.
2. Shipping Policy

We ship our products pan-India with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping Time
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary during festivals or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders
But in case of refunds, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on it!

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Order Fulfilment
Once an order is placed, cancellation is possible only before dispatch.
Satluj Store is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.
Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and images on satluj.co.in are the property of Satluj Store and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Satluj Store shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
